Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions both in person and through secure telehealth platforms.
Monitor client progress and modify therapeutic interventions based on clinical needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mental health and substance use disorders.
Support clients and families through psychoeducation, counseling, and recovery-focused interventions.
Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment records.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.
Assist with program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with applicable ethical, legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Promote a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory care environment.
QualificationsMaster's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Current independent clinical license in Missouri, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure transfer.
Clinical expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
Experience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and diverse populations.
Experience with family therapy and understanding of family systems and relational dynamics.
Background in social work, case management, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records and secure telehealth platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
Work SettingFull-time, onsite position.
Combination of in-person and secure telehealth services.
Collaborative, recovery-oriented behavioral health environment.
