Experienced RBT - School-Based ABA Case Bermuda Run, NC | 35-40 Hours/Week | In-School
RBT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
AblePath ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support to a child in a school setting in Bermuda Run, NC . This is a high-intensity case , and we are specifically looking for an RBT with previous hands-on experience who is comfortable providing consistent support and working with challenging behaviors. The position offers 35-40 hours per week during school hours. The specific schedule and hours will be discussed with qualified candidates. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy and behavioral support in a school setting Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Follow behavior intervention strategies consistently and accurately Support communication, social skills, independence, and other individualized goals Respond calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team Collaborate professionally with school staff Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child Requirements You MUST have an active RBT certification to be considered for this position. We are looking for someone with: Active RBT certification — required Previous hands-on RBT experience Experience working with children with behavioral needs Comfort working with a high-intensity case Ability to follow and implement BCBA-directed interventions Strong communication and observation skills Patience, professionalism, and consistency Reliable attendance and communication Reliable transportation to Bermuda Run, NC Why Join AblePath ABA?
