Licensed Mental Health Therapist, License Social Worker Location:
Hybrid (Primarily Virtual with In-School, In-Office, and In-Home Services)

NuMe Counseling & Consulting is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinicians Therapists who views assisting others as their calling to serve . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on children, adolescents, and families. While the majority of sessions are conducted virtually , therapists are required to provide in-school services one day per week , with in-office or in-home visits. This position offers flexibility, professional growth, and unique incentives for those committed to providing high-quality mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families across virtual, school-based, in-office, and in-home settings. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments (CCA) and treatment plans (TP). Review comprehensive assessments and sign off on them that's already completed , ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinical standards. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs. Participate in clinical supervision and lead treatment team meetings for cases where they are the lead therapist. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and insurance guidelines. Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, case managers, collaterals, and other service providers to support client progress. Monitor and adjust treatment goals based on client progress and needs. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and confidentiality guidelines for mental health services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Active licensure in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate level with supervision). At least one year of experience providing therapy to children and adolescents preferred. A deep commitment to serving others and making a meaningful impact in clients' lives. Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and emotional dysregulation. Familiarity with school-based mental health, family systems, and culturally competent care . Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records. Reliable transportation for community-based work and flexibility to accommodate client needs.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
Flexible scheduling with required school-based services at least one day per week . Majority of sessions conducted virtually , with some in-office or in-home sessions as needed. Participation in monthly staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
