Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to provide group and individual clinical services within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate will have experience working in structured treatment settings, a passion for holistic care, and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. As a Jubilee IOP Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care while supporting clients through more intensive phases of treatment. This is a full-time position. Jubilee operates Monday-Friday, with IOP programming scheduled on designated treatment days. Therapists should expect to facilitate groups and maintain a caseload consistent with program needs. This role is primarily in-person, with some flexibility for hybrid work depending on duties and scheduling. Therapists should expect to complete 13 outpatient sessions per week and participate in scheduled IOP groups. The position is hybrid, with at least one day per week spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide group and individual therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team within the IOP. Facilitate IOP groups using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Develop and oversee the implementation of treatment plans that stem from clear case conceptualization and incorporate holistic care principles, evidence-based practices, and nature-based therapy. Conduct individual therapy sessions, integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, mindfulness, or outdoor, farm-based experiential therapies. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments to therapy programs as needed. Stay current with research and developments in mental health, holistic care, and nature-based therapy. Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff. Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards. Supervision will be provided for all therapists, including supervision towards licensure for provisionally licensed clinicians. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
