Job Description
Full job description Nazareth is seeking full-time licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team serving our Salisbury and Lexington offices. Outpatient Services serves adults and children in an outpatient setting.
Duties included:
Completing intake and assessments in a timely manner and developing appropriate treatment plans. Completing individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities. Ability to assess and diagnose Behavioral Health conditions. Ability to provide service impartially to diverse populations. Completing all required documentation in a timely manner. Education Clinical master's degree such as Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Licensure/Certification Licensed as a LCSW, LCSWA, LMHC, LMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA in North Carolina Benefits- W2 Position
