We are currently seeking qualified mental health professionals willing to serve clients in Burke and Caldwell counties. Compensation & Incentives Starting salary: $52,000-$55,000 Higher salaries available based on experience Increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field Bachelor's degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related) No prior FCT experience required — we provide support and training Why Work at SPARC?
