Full Job Description ABA Behavior Services provides high quality, effective, and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the home, school, and community setting to children with Autism and related disorders. We are committed to hiring experienced BCBA's, ABA Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians that are part of a collaborative and proactive team to help our clients reach their full potential! We are proud to offer a positive work environment with many learning opportunities. We are hiring part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists. Current available cases are in Union, Somerset, Morris, Essex, and Hudson counties High Bridge - •
BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN/RBT NEEDED SUMMER START

BCBA-D JOB REQUIREMENTS
Treat clients with respect and dignity Appropriately engage client during the session Act as a role model for clients and caregivers Be consistent, reliable, and provide services on agreed scheduled days. In case of cancellation, attempt to make up the session and notify BCBA of gaps Maintain professional and effective communication with family/caregivers At minimum will be supervised by a BCBA weekly or in accordance to the client's treatment plan and must be ready to provide feedback to the BCBA on progress Session Notes should be taken daily during the last 15 minutes of session Collect and submit all required documentation in accordance with the Payroll Paperwork Requirements Maintain clean and organized toys and materials Not responsible for other children in the household
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the client in the home one- on- one on daily routines and functional skills, or at community settings, such as, family excursions, family outings, play activities (outdoor parks, indoor play lands) while parent/or caregiver is present Collecting interfering behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Implement ABA teaching techniques during session, such as, differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading, and antecedent strategies Follow programming objectives and treatment plan (BIP when applicable) Reach out to BCBA for program revisions if necessary Create materials for session when and if necessary Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Technician Rate Range:
$30-50/hour
