Position Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Independent Contractor) Population Served Our practice primarily serves children and adolescents, although we also work with adults and families. Experience working with children is strongly preferred, but clinicians who enjoy working across the lifespan are encouraged to apply. Availability Needed We are currently looking for clinicians who are available for a hybrid schedule: 1-2 days in-office Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Maintain a caseload based on your availability and professional goals. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based care. Collaborate with the practice owner when clinically appropriate. Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities. Represent the values and mission of Unapologetically You through compassionate, culturally responsive care. What We Offer $75 per completed clinical hour , paid weekly. Flexible scheduling—you choose your working hours. Build a caseload that fits your lifestyle and goals. Option to provide services in-office, remotely via telehealth, or a combination of both . Individual supervision provided. Administrative support, including referrals, scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing (if applicable).
