Join Our Team of Talented Clinicians Locations in Long Beach and Ridge, NY We are seeking compassionate, licensed psychotherapists to join our supportive team of seven experienced clinicians. Work in-person in our brand-new, beautiful office space in Long Beach and provide telehealth sessions. We are an established and stable practice with a steady flow of referrals—this is an exciting time to join our growing practice. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends. Higher consideration will be given to those who can work with children and adolescents or have experience working with couples. This is a great opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and competencies with supportive supervision, collaboration with colleagues, and regular training and continuing education offerings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy services using various therapeutic approaches, such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and complete progress notes in a timely manner. Stay current with trends and research in psychotherapy.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in

New York:

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MFT, or hold a limited permit. Some clinical experience is preferred.
