Job Description
Senior Care Therapist Quality Moments is seeking a compassionate, client-centered and reflective professional to join our Clinical Team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults within community and long-term care settings. Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional? Do you believe all individuals should be treated with dignity and provided with support throughout adjustment and aging? Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required. Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults. Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA. Prior experience with individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements. Ability to travel within Mansfield and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
