Spring Valley Counseling Services is growing, and we're looking for another therapist to join our team! We want you to be able to bring your own personality, strengths, and style into the therapy room. We're a laid-back, supportive private practice where we take the work we do seriously-but we don't believe work has to feel stuffy or overly clinical. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to your clients and build genuine therapeutic relationships Create individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs Use evidence-based approaches while still developing your own therapeutic style Complete documentation and keep client records up to date Communicate and collaborate with our team when needed Continue growing and learning as a clinician Who We're Looking For An Ohio-licensed LSW, LPC, or LMFT with a master's degree in Counseling or Social Work Someone who is energetic, personable, open-minded, and easy to connect with Someone who is comfortable working with people from different backgrounds, identities, and walks of life A therapist who brings their own interests, specialties, personality, and strengths to the practice Someone who can work independently but still enjoys being part of a team Most importantly, someone who is real, relatable, and passionate about helping people Why Spring Valley?
