2988842499-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver both in-person and telehealth care, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and using evidence-based modalities to improve mental health and relationship functioning. You will document in our EHR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold high ethical and quality standards. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families via in-person and telehealth sessions Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop person-centered treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions to support improved mental health and relational functioning Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to coordinate integrated care Engage in regular case consultation and peer collaboration to support quality outcomes Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide appropriate referrals when needed Uphold Life Stance's ethical, patient-centered, and culturally responsive standards of care Participate in supervision or peer review, ongoing training, and professional development Support clinic operations, including scheduling, telehealth best practices, and adherence to compliance policies Required Skills Couples and family therapy Individual psychotherapy Diagnostic assessment (DSM-5-TR) Treatment planning and documentation Evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, EFT, DBT) Telehealth service delivery Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Interdisciplinary collaboration Cultural competence in clinical practice
