Charlie Health is seeking a Mental Health Group Specialist to facilitate virtual IOP and PHP group sessions for teens, young adults, and families. In this remote role, you'll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care; collaborate with individual and family therapists; and develop personalized treatment plans using data and technology. You'll monitor outcomes, support crisis intervention, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment while working with a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team expanding access to high-quality youth mental healthcare nationwide. Responsibilities Facilitate virtual IOP and PHP group therapy sessions for teens and young adults Collaborate with individual and family therapists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care Develop, implement, and document personalized treatment plans in the EHRMonitor client progress, track outcomes, and adjust interventions based on data Conduct risk assessments and support crisis intervention and safety planning Contribute to an inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care environment Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and supervision Leverage technology and clinical data to improve engagement and treatment effectiveness Required Skills Group therapy facilitation Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Telehealth platforms and virtual care tools Treatment planning and care coordination Evidence-based clinical interventions Clinical outcomes measurement HIPAA compliance and privacy practices
