Licensed Mental Health Therapist Full Time Spectra Support Services, LLC | Broomall, PA (Office-Based) Spectra Support Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Broomall, PA. We offer services to children through adults who are experiencing mental health challenges. We specialize in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-responsive mental health care for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and co-occurring mental health conditions. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position (40 hours per week). Afternoon and evening availability required. Role Overview The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy in an outpatient office setting. This role requires comfort working with behavioral challenges, executive functioning differences, sensory regulation needs, and trauma- related presentations. We are especially interested in clinicians who integrate modalities beyond traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including: Sand tray therapy Art-based interventions Music-based interventions EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Somatic and sensory-regulation strategies Trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice Support caregivers with behavioral and regulation strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely documentation (within 24 hours) Maintain licensure and credentialing for insurance reimbursement Required Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology Active Pennsylvania reimbursement-eligible license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) Experience supporting emotional dysregulation and behavioral challenges Preferred Qualifications Experience working with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities  EMDR training or certification Experience using expressive or experiential modalities Experience working with caregivers and family systems Why Join Spectra?
