As our program continues to grow, this position has the potential to expand into a full-time therapist role for the right candidate. What You'll Do Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment Complete timely clinical documentation Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team Encourage client participation, accountability, and personal growth Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions We're seeking someone who is: Passionate about helping other to recover and thrive Comfortable facilitating groups with confidence and warmth Dependable, organized and collaberative Skilled at quickly building rapport Committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care Schedule We understand that flexibility matters.
