We're looking for a compassionate, engaging, and dependable Weekend Group (Part-Time)Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking meaningful work with exceptional flexibility. Whether you're looking to supplement your current position, gain experience in substance use treatment, or transition into a larger clinical role, we'd love to meet you. As our program continues to grow, this position has the potential to expand into a full-time therapist role for the right candidate. What You'll Do Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment Complete timely clinical documentation Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team Encourage client participation, accountability, and personal growth Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions We're seeking someone who is: Passionate about helping other to recover and thrive Comfortable facilitating groups with confidence and warmth Dependable, organized and collaberative Skilled at quickly building rapport Committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care Schedule We understand that flexibility matters.
Weekend availability:
Saturdays and Sundays Flexible scheduling based on your availability Daylight hours Additional hours may be available for Fridays and Mondays Minimum Qualifications CADS, CAP, CAC, CAAP or MSW Preferred Qualifications
LSW, LAPC
Highly Preferred
LCSW, LPC
Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, or behavioral health concerns is strongly preferred.
