CORE Psychiatric & Psychological Services is looking for a compassionate Behavioral Consultant / Mobile Therapist / BHT Supervisor who wants their work to matter every day. In this fulfilling role, you'll provide hands-on children's therapy, collaborate closely with families and schools, and support Behavioral Health Technicians through thoughtful clinical leadership. What You'll Do Create and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans using evidence-based children's therapy approaches. Complete behavioral assessments and adjust interventions to support meaningful mental health therapy progress. Provide direct therapy services as a Mobile Therapist, including individual, family, and collateral sessions in school, home, and community settings. Support and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians through on-site and face-to-face supervision. Partner with families, school staff, and community providers to strengthen children's mental health services. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development as a valued clinician on our team. What We're Looking For Licensed PA Therapist, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker OR BCBA certification (or equivalent) OR Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, ABA, or a related field with experience in children's therapy. At least 1 year of experience providing mental health therapy, ideally working with children and families. Experience with treatment planning, collaboration, and clinical supervision. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children's mental health. Additional Requirements Current PA clearances and Mandated Reporter Certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to manage a caseload while providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy services. Why Join CORE?
