Integrate Therapy + Wellness Collective

Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

EMDR, IFS, attachment-focused, and somatically trained therapists are strongly encouraged to apply. You know therapy is more than saying the right thing. You notice the shift in someone's body before they have words for what they're feeling. You pay attention to the pause. The protective part. The change in tone. The nervous system response happening underneath the story. You understand that sometimes what looks like resistance is protection. That behavior makes sense in context. That symptoms often developed for a reason. And you know that the relationship between therapist and client isn't incidental to the work, it is part of the work! If this sounds like how you practice, we would love to meet you. Integrate Therapy & Wellness Collective is a trauma-informed, integrative group practice in Lancaster County. We are looking for deeply relational, emotionally attuned clinicians who want to help people heal, not simply manage symptoms.
The Kind of Therapist Who Thrives Here:
We're less interested in finding someone who checks every modality box and more interested in how you show up in the therapy room. You are curious rather than prescriptive. You can sit with emotion without immediately trying to fix it. You look underneath behaviors and symptoms and wonder, What happened here? What is this protecting? What does this person need? You understand attachment and recognize that our earliest relationships often shape how we experience ourselves, other people, and safety. You notice what's happening in the body and nervous system, not only what's happening cognitively. You understand that insight is valuable, but insight alone doesn't always create healing. You are willing to slow down. You are comfortable going deeper. You trust the therapeutic relationship. You bring warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and humanity into the room while maintaining strong clinical boundaries. And you believe our clients already possess incredible strengths and capacity for healing. Our Approach Our mission is to help clients experience meaningful, whole-person healing through an integrative approach to mental health. Our clinicians draw from approaches such as: EMDR Internal Family Systems (IFS) Somatic and nervous-system-informed therapy Attachment-based therapy Emotionally Focused Therapy Gottman Method DBT and CBT Mindfulness and experiential interventions We don't expect every clinician to practice the same way. In fact, we don't want them to. We value clinical autonomy, creativity, continued learning, and clinicians developing areas of work that genuinely energize them. What connects us is a shared commitment to trauma-informed, relational, compassionate care. A Different Kind of Group Practice Culture We care deeply about the experience our clients have here. We care just as deeply about the experience of the people providing that care. Integrate was built around the belief that therapists shouldn't have to burn themselves out to be excellent clinicians. We encourage balanced schedules, time off, boundaries, self-care, and building a career that works alongside your life, not one that consumes it. At the same time, being part of a supportive team means being someone others can count on. We value clinicians who communicate proactively, maintain their commitments, take ownership of their responsibilities, and are receptive to feedback. Autonomy and accountability can exist together. We assume positive intent of our team, communicate directly, and work to build systems that help people succeed rather than creating unnecessary oversight. We want clinicians to feel trusted here. Our team supports one another and enjoys connection outside of the therapy session. Our team genuinely cares about one another. We consult. We collaborate. We celebrate babies, licenses, accomplishments, and life outside of work. We ask questions when we're stuck. We share knowledge. We laugh together. You can close your office door and focus completely on your clients, but you don't have to practice therapy on an island. Benefits & Support Health insurance for eligible employees 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Malpractice insurance Supervision toward independent licensure CEU financial support Opportunities for advanced clinical training We Handle the Business Side Marketing and referral generation Insurance credentialing Billing support Client intake and scheduling support EHR HIPAA-compliant email Administrative support We want clinicians spending their energy where it matters most: doing excellent clinical work and having a life outside of it. Who We're Looking For Applicants must hold a Pennsylvania LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or LMFT credential. We're especially excited to meet clinicians with training or strong interest in: EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, Attachment, EFT, Gottman, Trauma Treatment But specialized training can be taught. What is harder to teach, and what matters tremendously to us, is attunement, curiosity, humility, warmth, and the ability to build a genuine therapeutic relationship. We are looking for clinicians who want to keep growing. People who can receive feedback without defensiveness and offer it with care. People who are reliable while still having boundaries. People who care about their teammates. People who believe behavior makes sense in context. People who aren't afraid of emotion. People who recognize the privilege of being invited into someone's story. And people who believe that therapy can be both deeply human and clinically excellent. We would love to meet you!
