SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized support plans.
• Implement positive behavior strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking.
• Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLEARANCES

• Master's degree with relevant course study required.
• Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
• Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
• Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
