Our clinics in McKinney and Sherman combine outpatient psych and therapy with TMS, Spravato, and other advanced treatments, so patients get treatment that goes beyond meds all under one roof. Exult Healthcare is hiring a licensed therapist for our outpatient clinics in McKinney and Sherman. Hybrid. At least four days a week in person at either clinic as scheduled: McKinney at 4801 Medical Center Dr, McKinney, TX, or Sherman at 600 E Taylor St Suite 4001, Sherman, TX 75090. Friday is telehealth (TH). Remote-only will not work. Independent Texas license only. No associates. Medical director Dr. Deepika Bhargava. What you get

• Billing, credentialing, and scheduling handled for you
• 100% outpatient. No nights. No weekends. No on-call
• Hybrid schedule: 4+ days on site (McKinney or Sherman as scheduled), Friday telehealth
• $40 per patient for the first 20 clients in a week, $45 after that What you'll do
• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Initial evaluations, treatment plans, and timely documentation
• Coordinate with psychiatry and other providers
• Safety planning and case management as needed
• See patients in clinic at least 4 days per week at either location as assigned; Friday telehealth What you need
• Master's in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Independent Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC (no associate licenses)
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred, not required
