Job Description

We are looking for a therapist at our clinic to provide quality psychotherapy for our clientele. Pay range based upon licensure, certifications and experience. Position is Full-time meaning at least 25 sessions per week and up to a max of 35 sessions per week.

Paid time off. 4 paid holidays Responsibilities As part therapist at Eagle Mountain Counseling, your aim is to help clients improve their situations and their lives through excellent psychotherapy treatment and customer service. As an employee your aim is to support a positive company culture. Core Responsibilities 1. Provide an excellent product to our customers Provide great evidenced-based psychotherapy. Seek for continued education and training. Maintain high retention and other company KPI's. Complete all notes and documentation within 48 hours. Be client focused. Have good customer service with clients. Respond to client emails as they come. Be here on time for sessions. Start and end sessions on time. 2. Help support a positive company culture Keep interactions positive. Be respectful to other employees and management. Participate as a team player. Attend team meetings each month and contribute. Know and uphold company policies. Work to support a healthy company morale. Required Licensure LCSW or CSW LMFT or AMFT CMHC or ACMHC Preference given to fully licensed clinicians. www.eaglemountaincounseling.
