Job Description

Position Details:
Pay Range:
Varies based on licensure,
Per Billable Hour Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract Work Schedule:
40 hours between 9 AM - 9 PM, Monday - Friday and on-call 2-3 weekends a quarter
Responsibilities:
Diagnose clients with behavioral and mental health disorders according to DSM-V and ASAM criteria Conduct psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families Facilitate psychotherapy group sessions for individuals, couples, and families Maintain accurate client records in our electronic health record system Implement and review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and progress Adhere to ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Deliver patient-centered, outcome-driven behavioral health care to meet quality standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited university Required licenses:
LMFT, LCSW, CSW, CMHC
Previous experience in mental health counseling, substance use counseling, or related fields is essential Familiarity with community mental health resources and support services is preferred Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new software programs Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients, creating a supportive therapeutic environment
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Work primarily in an office environment with occasional light physical effort Tasks include sitting or standing, using manual dexterity, speaking, listening, hearing, and writing
Preferred Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in teams and facilitate discussions Consistently produces accurate and professional work under deadlines Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality performance Supports diversity and cultural proficiency in the workplace

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
