Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) to join our team. The LMHP will provide essential crisis and mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a clinical setting. This role involves conducting assessments for crisis services and
ASAM 2.5
criteria, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans. The position requires expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, focusing on the emotional and psychological well-being of clients. The LMHP will also monitor client progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate records to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans. Complete assessments for crisis services and
ASAM 2.5
criteria. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of mental health (DMAS, DBHDS, and each MCO).
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Current license to practice as an LMHP (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist). Registered with Department of Health Professions (DHP). Experience in conducting psychotherapy and providing clinical interventions. Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of community resources and support services. Provide flexible work hours and availability.
