Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to identify conditions, treatment needs, and goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the identified needs and aspirations of each client. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client responses. Regularly monitor client progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide emergency crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required. Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State is essential (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW). Strong clinical assessment capabilities and a thorough understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client interaction and team collaboration. Demonstrated empathy and a commitment to clients' mental health and wellness.
