Job Description

Lee Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Educator to lead clinical education for respiratory therapists and interprofessional teams across our Southwest Florida system. This role designs and delivers evidence-based curricula, competencies, and simulations; supports onboarding and ongoing development; and promotes best practices in ventilation, airway management, and cardiopulmonary care. The educator partners with leaders to advance quality, safety, and innovation in a collaborative, mission-driven, community-focused environment.
