Awaken180° Weightloss helps clients improve their health through proper diet and nutrition while addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of weight loss. Our team becomes a family for our clients, and we want their experience to be fun, easy, and successful. We support our clients through real-life situations like eating out, drinking, and traveling, and most importantly, provide free lifetime maintenance support once they complete their weight loss program. As a Weight Loss Coach/Consultant , you will work one-on-one with clients each week, providing nutrition coaching, accountability, education, and support to help them transform their lives and improve their health. You will also conduct consultations with prospective clients, educating them on the Awaken180° program and helping them determine the right path for their goals. This position offers a base pay of $18-$20/hour, plus monthly commission once fully trained. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for health and wellness, enjoys helping others, and has a natural ability to sell. Schedule This is a part-time seasonal position through March 31st with the following schedule:

Tuesday:

9:00 AM-5:00 PM (7.5 hours)

Thursday:

2:00 PM-7:00 PM (5 hours)

Friday:

9:00 AM-2:00 PM (5 hours)

Saturday:

9:00 AM-12:00 PM (3 hours) Approximately 20.5 hours per week Duties and Responsibilities Work one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their full 180° and support clients who may be struggling or have lost sight of their goals. Educate clients on how to navigate the challenges of weight loss and coach them toward behavioral changes that support a healthy lifestyle. Monitor client weight loss progress, recommend appropriate changes, and provide ongoing support and education to increase success. Create meal plans for clients beginning their Awaken180° program and provide the appropriate startup materials. Create updated maintenance meal plans for clients who need additional support staying within Awaken180° ranges. Effectively explain the science behind the program and communicate the philosophy, objectives, and technologies of Awaken180° to both active clients and clients in maintenance. Conduct client consultations, providing education and information about the programs offered. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and confidently guide them through the sales process. Minimum Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Personable, attentive, supportive, and client-focused Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to adapt and respond to different client personalities and needs Comfortable using computers and learning new platforms Ability to meet or exceed personal sales goals Comfortable selling programs and packages valued at $1,000+ Minimum of one year of experience in sales, counseling, nutrition, wellness, or a related field preferred

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
