Carolinas Weight Loss Institute - Gastonia location is looking for a Weight Loss and Wellness Coach to join our Team. We are looking for a team member whose values align with the vision of CWLI. Responsibilities:

Become a highly effective and proficient CWLI Coach, inspiring patients to improve their health and transform their lives. Perform one-on-one, in-person, nutrition consulting services and general client care based solely on the CWLI methodology. Perform one-on-one, over the phone, nutrition consulting services and general patient care based solely on the CWLI methodology for our Nationwide program of remote clients. Develop connections with our clients and provide them support and accountability. Actively participate and assist with the established CWLI nutritional protocols. Learn, understand and implement the foundation of the CWLI approach to weight loss and wellness. Leverage CWLI's technology platforms to keep patients engaged in their care journey between sessions Be able to perform admin tasks

The Extra Miles:

Provide an encouraging, uplifting, and empowering presence. Posses an innate ability to problem solve within the guidelines of evidence-based, scientifically proven CWLI approach to weight loss. Have the ability to thrive and motivate in a fast-paced environment. Associate Degree, CNA, Bachelor's degree or Certification in related field preferred.
