Criteria Includes:

Previous experience in stretching, mobility, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, exercise science or a related field is preferred. Degree in a health related field is considered an asset but not mandatory. Experience working directly with clients in a fitness, wellness, healthcare or similar setting is preferred. Personality is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is extremely friendly, positive, upbeat, energetic and has great communication skills. Must be comfortable working one-on-one with clients and creating a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment. We are looking for an individual who is a team player but also able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and excellent initiative. Candidate must have a passion for learning and be committed to continually developing their knowledge and skills through education and professional development. Individual must have a genuine passion for helping people improve their mobility, flexibility, movement and overall well-being. They should be able to recognize individual client needs and limitations. Must be comfortable discussing additional Fit for Life 24 services and helping clients understand how stretching and mobility can complement their overall fitness program. Sales and customer service experience is a plus. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to begin the training process as early as possible.

Compensation Plan:

Commission based plus sales bonuses

Hours:

10 + depending on how committed and driven you are.
