Position Overview We're seeking an energetic and empathetic Bilingual Health Coach who thrives on connection, motivation, and results. In this role, you'll work closely with patients to help them achieve sustainable lifestyle changes through one-on-one coaching and evidence-based strategies. Your Responsibilities Build trust and rapport in one-on-one coaching sessions to understand patient goals and barriers Create customized wellness care plans that reflect individual needs and preferences Monitor progress, celebrate wins, and support patients through challenges with empathy and accountability Stay informed on the latest in health, wellness, and coaching practices to continuously enhance patient support What You Bring Proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual required) Strong foundation in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques A heart for coaching, education, and health advocacy Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivation, time management, and organizational strengths Experience in healthcare or wellness settings a plus Why Join Us?
