Job Summary The Lean Trainer role's primary focus is training Shannon team members in Lean Concepts in Healthcare. You will achieve this through training, coaching, and mentoring Shannon team members utilizing Lean tools and Lean Management Systems processes. Through this training, Shannon team members will be given the tools to drive measurable reductions in waste within organizational processes, enhance efficiency, safety, and foster positive organizational change. Additionally, you will advocate for the adoption of Lean Concepts in Healthcare among Shannon team members.
