Job Summary:
As a Health Information Management (HIM) Document Imaging Coordinator, you ensure all patient health information is stored accurately. You will make sure medical record documents are correctly identified and labeled and prepare the documents for electronic conversion and scanning into the Electronic Health Record. In this role, you will remain current with HIPAA privacy policies and log requests, request status and information released into the electronic Release of Information system. REQUIREMENTS
