The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EPIC electronic health records (EHR) and be flexible to float between different departments or locations as needed. Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical / Outpatient setting Minimum 2 year of experience Medical Assistant Proficient with

EPIC EHR

system (required) Valid Medical Assistant Certification BLS/CPR certification Fetal heart tone, proficiency with blood/lab draws/venipuncture & EPIC Strong organizational and communication skills Ability and willingness to float to multiple locations or departments Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients, take and document vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.) Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with procedures Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and collect lab specimens Document patient information accurately in the

EPIC EHR

system Manage and update patient records, histories, and treatment information Provide patient education and support as directed by providers Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms Float across clinics or departments as required based on staffing needs Comply with all HIPAA and infection control protocols
