Windom Area Health is seeking a part-time Patient Care Technician to support our nursing units 16 hours per week (.6 FTE). The position serves as a multipurpose support to the nursing staff; assisting with patient care, registering patients, cleaning instruments, stocking, answering phones and greeting visitors.

Requirements:

CNA, Medical Assistant or medical secretary background preferred, but not required. BLS certification is required. Must have good interpersonal skills and have knowledge of medical terminology. Basic computer skills and knowledge. Requires ability to do detailed work and have strong customer service skills. This position will work a rotating schedule during the week, 7p-7a and every 3rd weekend and holiday.
