Look no further! MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. We're a premier manager of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities, dedicated to our team members' growth and development and we want you. With a PRN position, you get the ultimate flexibility. Instead of a fixed schedule, you'll receive your shifts two weeks to a month in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan around your life. This role is designed to support the team during PTO and other coverage needs, so while it won't provide full-time hours, it does offer a great opportunity to gain experience, stay active in the field, and enjoy a dynamic workflow. One of the key advantages of PRN is its built‑in variety. Some weeks you might work just one day, while others you could be scheduled two or three—making it perfect if you're looking for flexibility, balance, and control over your schedule.

PRN Work Schedule Details:
As needed to cover PTO during the week and on weekends. All hires must be able to attend 7 days of training during the week (M-F). Responsible for providing a variety of technical and non-technical duties related to the efficiency of the workflow at the imaging center. Serves as an assistant to the Technologist for the purpose of ensuring patients are prepared for their exam, complete the exam in an effective manner and start/remove IVs. Screen patients prior to exam Assist the patient in completing electronic paperwork Obtain medical history from the patient Escort the patient to the changing room and ensure they are dressed appropriately for the exam Escort patients to and from the mobile MRI or exam room Assist the technologist in preparing the MRI table (coil selection, changing linen, etc.) Start and remove IVs Maintain linen inventory Research availability and obtain reports and images requested by Radiologist Serve as liaison between the technologist and Radiologist Other duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required Phlebotomy certification, Certified Medical Assistant certification through AAMA or NHA, Registered Medical Assistant certification through AMT or ARMA, or ARRT registered in (R), (MR), (CT), or (M) required CPR certification required
Prior Experience:
Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience
