Elkins Park, PA (Home/School-Based) & Oreland, PA (Home-Based)
Compensation:

We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2-21 with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Developmental Delays Down Syndrome Adjustment Disorders and more Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center. Your Role as a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): As a technician, you'll play a vital role in implementing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to support meaningful progress for each client. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your responsibilities will include: Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy based on treatment goals Collecting and recording accurate data on client behavior and progress Assisting with skill-building across communication, social, daily living, and academic areas Implementing behavior intervention plans consistently and effectively Participating in ongoing training and professional development Collaborating with your supervising BCBA and clinical team Supporting and communicating with families to reinforce treatment goals at home You'll be part of a supportive and mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.
What You'll Need:
