Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning. Work day to day as front desk Wellness Coordinator. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and other healthcare policies related to medical records, medical terminology, and patient confidentiality. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in clinic operations. Assist in growing clinic active membership counts. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting is desirable Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards. Prior experience managing and leading a team.
