Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our team at the Joint Chiropractic in Conway, AR. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, train and assist in the growth of the clinic, and foster a positive environment for staff and patients alike. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality care, and exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing healthcare services with transparency and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning. Work day to day as front desk Wellness Coordinator. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and other healthcare policies related to medical records, medical terminology, and patient confidentiality. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in clinic operations. Assist in growing clinic active membership counts. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting is desirable Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards. Prior experience managing and leading a team.
