We're seeking a BCBA Staff Development Manager & Interim Clinical Director to combine clinical practice with leadership, staff development, and clinical operations. This role will maintain a BCBA caseload while leading mentorship and training initiatives, supporting supervisory staff, and overseeing key clinical processes during our Clinical Director's maternity leave. Under the direction of upper management, you'll have the opportunity to develop and improve training programs, support the growth of BCBAs and clinical staff, and help shape the quality and consistency of clinical services across the organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys both direct clinical work and leadership and is looking to make a meaningful impact on the client, staff, and organizational levels. Primary Job Responsibilities Manages and ensures execution of company protocols pertaining to training and mentorship of clinical staff Evaluates efficacy of quality assurance protocols and recommends changes as needed Maintains training and development materials and resources at the direction of upper management Conducts training for incoming BCBAs, mid-tier supervisors, and clinical trainers Conducts quality assurance assessments for two-tiered clinical cases Identifies staff development needs; creates, develops, and proposes appropriate training and development programs to management Maintains thorough knowledge of current company policies, procedures, and training compliance Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and uses assessment tools Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities Ensures integrity of program implementation Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data Provides individualized client-centered parent training Facilitates clinical team meetings (CTMs) Models behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers Provides supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors Generates and completes progress reports Attends regular meetings Performs other related duties as assigned by management Interim Job Responsibilities Manages and oversees clinical operations and staff Advises and supports supervisory staff Proposes FBAs to BCBA assessors Assigns and distributes Supervisor caseloads Reviews FBAs, progress reports, and termination reports prior to submission to funding source Updates report templates, as needed
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in a related field is required Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Prior supervisory experience Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check Consistent and reliable transportation

Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills Operating Hours Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)
