Job Description

Job Summary PremierOne Plus MSO (POPMSO) is a management services organization serving the needs of medical providers in a managed care setting. PremierOne Plus MSO is seeking a full-time Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to ensure high quality and efficient day-to-day operations. The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator will also have the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs managed care and build a career with what they learn. Description Answer and direct phone calls and takes messages as appropriate Performs data entry accurately Write emails and messages to individuals outside and inside the organization Act as liaison between the company, health plans, and other entities the company works with Manage the HEDIS, Star measures, and HCCs of managed physician groups Call physician offices to ensure that the HEDIS and Star measures are being submitted Generate reports and review monthly and quarterly reports for accuracy and correct formatting Compile spreadsheets of data and perform basic data analysis using Excel's pivot table functions and other simple formulas Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines Be familiar with the policies and procedures of different departments and be able to edit and make changes based on new regulations Assist the compliance and audit departments Perform the pre-audit preparations and represent the company during annual delegation audits Scan files and organize documents Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Capable of using Word to create documents and follow existing templates to ensure consistent spacing and formatting Comfortable at using complicated Excel formulas and able to be creative at using formulas to be efficient Excellent communication skills and writing skills (correct use of grammar and punctuation) Fluent in English (reading, writing, and comprehension) Able to follow instructions accurately Detail-oriented and able to recognize vital information Ability to consistently maintain quality and production expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of administrative healthcare experience Benefits Vacation days Paid sick days Paid major holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance after the introductory period Schedule Monday through Fridays, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM 8-hour workday with a 1-hour meal period Must have availability to work the full 8:30 AM-5:30 PM schedule on scheduled days
