Bring proven leadership experience as a Floor Manager, with at least 2 years of strong tenure at each location you have served. You understand what commitment and consistency look like. Are a true leader people look up to. Your team relies on you for direction, inspiration, and accountability, and you deliver. You set the standard and raise it. Have deep knowledge of food, beer, and wine and love sharing that expertise with guests while training and developing your team. Embrace being the "Mayor of Your Village." Are not confined to four walls and actively network in the community to build partnerships and drive repeat business through authentic relationships. Are ambitious and hungry to grow. Have a working knowledge of California labor laws and understand the importance of compliance and leadership integrity. Bring experience in food and beverage management, including large party catering and operational excellence. Have the confidence and capability to generate and host large fundraisers, strengthening community ties while driving business growth. Are deeply connected and actively involved in community relationships, positioning the restaurant as a true local hub.
