What You'll Do Clinical Leadership
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and associates
Support professional growth and clinical development
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
Assist clinicians in navigating complex cases and ethical considerations Clinical Excellence
Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
Support adherence to licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care remains at the forefront of treatment
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and chart review processes Team Collaboration
Partner closely with Operations, Medical, and Clinical Leadership
Participate in treatment team meetings
Support a healthy, collaborative workplace culture
Help solve problems while maintaining a strengths-based approach Program Development
Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
Assist in maintaining best practices across levels of care
