What You'll Do Clinical Leadership

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and associates
• Support professional growth and clinical development
• Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
• Assist clinicians in navigating complex cases and ethical considerations Clinical Excellence
• Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
• Support adherence to licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
• Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care remains at the forefront of treatment
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and chart review processes Team Collaboration
• Partner closely with Operations, Medical, and Clinical Leadership
• Participate in treatment team meetings
• Support a healthy, collaborative workplace culture
• Help solve problems while maintaining a strengths-based approach Program Development
• Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
• Assist in maintaining best practices across levels of care

• Licensed clinician (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)
• Clinical supervision experience, 2 years required

• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards preferred
