What You'll Do Clinical Leadership
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists and associates
- Support professional growth and clinical development
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning
- Assist clinicians in navigating complex cases and ethical considerations Clinical Excellence
- Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Support adherence to licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
- Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care remains at the forefront of treatment
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and chart review processes Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operations, Medical, and Clinical Leadership
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Support a healthy, collaborative workplace culture
- Help solve problems while maintaining a strengths-based approach Program Development
- Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
- Assist in maintaining best practices across levels of care

- Licensed clinician (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)
- Clinical supervision experience, 2 years required
- Experience working with trauma, mental health, addiction, or co-occurring disorders
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards preferred
