This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout SFL and surrounding. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+ Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary, per diem, annual bonus, project bonus, and profit sharing.
