Ponte Vedra Beach Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated team member to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable interacting with patients as well as representing our practice in the community. Responsibilities Front Office & Patient Care Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments Assist with patient flow throughout the office Provide exceptional customer service Clinical Assistance Set patients up on electrical muscle stimulation Assist with Class IV laser therapy & therapeutic ultrasound Set up patients on spinal decompression Prepare treatment areas Help keep the office organized and running efficiently (No chiropractic experience is required. We will provide training.) Community Outreach & Marketing Afternoons will primarily be focused on growing our practice through community outreach, including: Visiting local businesses to introduce our office Delivering marketing materials and developing referral relationships Meeting with physicians, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals Calling businesses and community organizations to schedule health lectures Assisting with community events and other marketing initiatives Helping generate new ideas to increase practice growth

Friendly, outgoing, and personable Self-motivated with excellent initiative Confident speaking with new people Professional and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking Positive with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and grow Marketing or sales experience is a plus but is not required . The right attitude, confidence, and enthusiasm are far more important.

Schedule Monday-Thursday Morning:

Front desk, patient care, and clinical assistance

Afternoon:

Community outreach and marketing

Friday:
