In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative environment for our multidisciplinary team. Your leadership will drive excellence in clinical services, promote best practices, and uphold compliance with all regulatory standards. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, therapists, social workers, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing case management for diverse populations including children, individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, co-occurring disorders, and those requiring addiction counseling. Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and behavioral management strategies. Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Coordinate intake processes, group therapy sessions, individual and family counseling while managing crisis intervention efforts as needed. Monitor clinical outcomes through data collection and research initiatives to continuously improve program quality. Facilitate clinical team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee staff training on topics like ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), and trauma-informed care practices. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or related mental health field; licensure as required by state regulations. Proven management experience leading clinical teams within behavioral health or mental health settings. Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health conditions including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques, crisis intervention protocols, and working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for medical records management along with familiarity with

coding standards. Skilled in patient care assessments, psychotherapy modalities such as social work or mental health counseling, and case management strategies. Excellent communication skills for client engagement as well as collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
