None Note - This is a hybrid administrative role that combines administrative support and medical staff credentialing responsibilities. This is an on-site position. Join Our Team We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Credentialing Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and medical staff credentialing activities. Whether you have experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, credentialing, or office coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Coordinate physician and provider credentialing and recredentialing activities. Maintain confidential provider records and credentialing documentation. Track license, certification, and credential expiration dates. Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials. Schedule meetings and assist with departmental projects. Communicate professionally with physicians, leadership, and external organizations. Ensure documentation complies with organizational and regulatory requirements. Support onboarding activities for medical staff and providers. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Associate's Degree. Experience working in a healthcare, hospital, or medical office environment. Previous experience with medical staff credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administration. Knowledge of healthcare compliance or credentialing processes is a plus. Ideal Candidate - We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented.
