Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Coordinator for a part-time temporary assignment in Pontiac, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping operations organized, and serving as a reliable support resource for onsite teams. The Site Coordinator will help keep daily office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, supporting mail and package distribution, assisting with basic printer and copier needs, and providing friendly customer service across a large facility. Key Responsibilities
Inventory, order, stock, and organize general office supplies, paper, printer toner, and related materials.
Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Serve as the first point of contact for basic printer and copier issues, including clearing jams and replacing toner.
Walk throughout a large facility to deliver supplies, distribute mail, and support onsite logistics using a provided utility cart.
Provide professional, friendly, and helpful support to onsite employees and visitors.
Maintain organized supply areas and help ensure office resources are available when needed. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour.
Job Type:
Part-time, temporary assignment.
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Weekly Hours:
24 regular hours.

Assignment End Date:
10/30/2026.

Virtual. Required Qualifications and Skills
Manage office supply inventory, stocking, ordering, and organization.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal distribution.
Provide basic printer and copier troubleshooting support.
Support daily facility logistics across a large onsite environment.
1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, office support, mailroom, facilities, or operations coordination experience preferred.
Ability to walk frequently throughout a large building during the workday.
Ability to perform light lifting and move supplies using a utility cart.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling basic office equipment support, such as toner replacement and paper jams.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned Wednesday through Friday schedule. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with printers, copiers, toner replacement, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Previous experience working in a professional business services or administrative support environment.
