Cardoon Hospitality and Front of House Manager Proposal As the Hospitality and Front of house Manager, you are responsible for owning the guest experience at Cardoon from arrival through departure Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Hospitality and Guest Experience

• Staff hiring and termination as needed
• Staff training on Service Model and product knowledge
• Establish and maintain Cardoon's hospitality standards and service culture
• Train FOH staff on warm, knowledgeable, efficient and genuine hospitality
• Ensure consistent service standards across cafe, deli, counter service, dining retail, and beverage
• Actively monitor guest feedback, reviews, and recurring service issues
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, and empower staff to recover service failures
• Develop standards for greeting, ordering, food running, table maintenance, cleanliness and guest communication
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak periods
• Create a culture of hospitality, accountability, and professionalism
• Ensure proper cash-handling and POS procedures
• Develop and maintain FOH opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and areas visible to the guest FOH Leadership
• Directly manage FOH staff and supervisors
• Build and maintain FOH schedules based on sales volume and business needs
• Monitor Labor Costs and adjust staffing levels throughout the day
• Lead daily shift meetings
• Develop FOH training materials and engage in ongoing staff training on menu, retail goods, and beverage program
• Hold employees accountable to Cardoon's service and operational standards
• Coordinate closely with Executive Chef and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH communication Purchasing and Inventory
• Manage Beverage ordering and receiving
• Maintain accurate beverage costing
• Ensure proper storage rotation, and organization of all beverage inventory Cafe and Coffee Program
• Oversee execution of the coffee and cafe program
• Train staff on espresso, coffee, iced coffee, matcha, affogato, etc
• Develop seasonal beverages when appropriate Retail and Deli
• Ensure the retail/deli experience meets Cardoon's hospitality standards
• Help with staff trainings on cheese, charcuterie, wine, beer, and provisions
• Ensure retail cross selling between food and beverage
• Ensure retail displays and beverage merchandising remain attractive and properly stocked
• Help Develop pairing recommendations and staff talking points

Pay:

$50,000.00

• $55,000.
