What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming patient calls and helping patients get the information and appointments they need. You will also support the front office with scheduling, patient communication, check-in and checkout, appointment confirmations, and other day-to-day patient care coordination. You will work closely with our Patient Care Coordinators, Practice Manager, and clinical team to keep communication and the patient schedule running smoothly. Our team uses Open Dental as our practice-management software and Practice by Numbers to support scheduling, patient communication, follow-up, and practice workflows. Experience with these systems is helpful but not required if you are comfortable learning new technology.
