Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling processes, and providing exceptional patient service. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Duties Listen to voicemails, answer phones Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize clinic efficiency. Verify insurance information and assist with insurance-related inquiries. Take and post payments as needed Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and concerns over the phone and in person. Maintain accurate patient files and records, scan EOBs into patient charts Work efficiently with referring offices Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and scheduling requests. Collaborate with the treatment coordinator, financial coordinator and doctor to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the clinic. Help with other admin tasks as needed Experience Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred but not required. We use Ortho2 management software Familiarity with insurance verification processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Days/Hours:
